EVENT INFO

The Cool Runnings PRO Slalom Invitational is a high-stakes, invite-only slalom showdown for professional riders. Fast, fun, and fiercely competitive—this is a best-of-three format where only the best run counts, and 100% of entry fees go straight into the cash prize purse. For riders by riders.

FORMAT

• 3 timed runs per rider

• Best time of the 3 runs counts

• Winner decided by fastest single lap

REGISTRATION

• Invitational event – Pro riders only

  • Open to professional riders and athletes with top finishes in previous pro-level races

• Field cap: 100 riders

• Registration is password-protected

  • Email us to request an invite or for access details

RACE PLATES (REQUIRED)

• Race plates are mandatory for practice and racing.

• Plates must be displayed on bikes at all times during racing and training sessions

• Pick up location: Top of the Cool Runnings trail

• Pickup time: Before practice begins on Friday ( Time )

• Trail access is restricted to registered riders only during these times

PRACTICE & SESSION TIMING

• Friday: Official practice session ( Time)

• Saturday: ( TIME )

  • 1-hour practice before racing

  • Race consists of 3 timed rounds

  • Approx. 10-15-minute hike back up to the start

RULES & PROCEDURES

Starts & Timing

• Riders start at 30-second intervals

• Missed start = missed run (no exceptions)

Re-Runs

• A re-run may be granted only if:

  • A major crash occurs directly in front of you, or

  • There is uncontrollable interference (“Act of God”) that clearly impacts your run

Tie-Breaker

• Ties will be broken by the second-fastest run, then third if needed.

Course Compliance

• Riders must stay within the taped course

• Leaving the course may result in disqualification

  • Exception: Rider may re-enter at the exact point they exited

Equipment

• E-bike motors must be turned OFF during all race and practice runs

COURSE & BIKE RECOMMENDATIONS

• Approx. 1-minute run

• Fast, flowing slalom with berms, drops, and jumps - Black trail

• Full-suspension trail bike recommended

• Required gear:

  • Full-face helmet

  • Goggles

  • Pads

SPECTATORS

• Spectators are welcome outside the tape:) Watch riders in different sections and cheer your favs!!

• Live MC calling the action from the course
